Bring your warm, friendly attitude to a dynamic Cedar Rapids area business! As a Front Counter Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a welcoming and efficient experience every time they walk through our doors. Previous experience in cashiering or food service is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude above all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and assist with their needs, providing excellent customer service.
- Operate the POS machine and cash register, handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Create and process order tickets to ensure a smooth and timely workflow.
- Answer phone calls, provide updates to customers, and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front counter area, ensuring it reflects our commitment to quality and service.
