NEW ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
 
Potential Temp to Hire Opportunity
Location :    Near  Rancho Bernardo
 
Responsibilities  Include:
  • New Account Management - C ontacting new accounts to ensure a seamless transition .  
  • Ensure customer is aware and able to use all the functionality of our products.
  • Provide critical support to new customers  in order to  prevent cancellations .  
  • Perform retention activities to minimize cancellations and  opt outs .
  • Post Sales Account follow up.
  • Follow up on all inside sales cancellation requests .
  • Act as the point of contact for any customer issue .
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements Include:
  • Microsoft Office and computer literate learning internal system. 
  • Ability to follow the new sales SOP process.
  • Offer and conduct trainings  with Clients new customer base.
  • 2 + years aligned  experience in an outbound phone sales environment .
  • Customer service experience in call center  – Preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2  year  college  degree or equivalent experience - P referred.
  • Spanish speaking  – P referred .
Physical Requirements  Include :  
  • Sitting 20+ hours a week
  • Walking 1-10 hours a week
  • Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material
  • No protective clothing or equipment required
 
Compensation :    $ 21.50  Hr.
