Job Summary:
A manufacturing facility in Freeport, IL is seeking Paint Line Technicians to join their team. While previous paint line experience is preferred, the company is open to training individuals with a solid manufacturing background and strong work ethic.
A manufacturing facility in Freeport, IL is seeking Paint Line Technicians to join their team. While previous paint line experience is preferred, the company is open to training individuals with a solid manufacturing background and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate paint line equipment to ensure quality production and compliance with safety standards
- Load, unload, and prepare parts for painting, including basic surface preparation and inspection
- Perform visual quality checks and document any defects or irregularities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, supporting overall plant efficiency and safety
- Assist in the packing department as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience required; painting experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs repetitively and up to 75 lbs occasionally
