Location:  Waco, TX
Pay Rate:  $15.00/hour  to start
Position Type:  Direct Hire 
Schedule:   Monday–Friday , 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Employment Type:  Full-Time  

Position Summary:

Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Box Truck Driver for local deliveries in the Waco area. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, a clear criminal background, and a strong work ethic. This is a full-time position with steady hours and the opportunity to grow with a reputable company.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a box truck safely and efficiently to complete daily delivery routes
  • Load and unload materials as needed
  • Verify accuracy of delivery documents and materials
  • Maintain delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
  • Provide excellent customer service at all delivery points
  • Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
 
Requirements:

  • Valid Texas driver’s license
  • Clean driving record (no recent accidents or major violations)
  • Clear criminal background (subject to background check)
  • Prior delivery or driving experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50  lbs  as needed
  • Punctual, dependable, and professional
  • Strong knowledge of the Waco area is a plus
