Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and interests and determine how company products and services can best meet their needs in clear and concise manner.
- Proactively work to maintain and update sales and service-related customer activity within our company database CRM.
- Follow company pricing guidelines and procedures.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems, issues, or complaints.
- Monitor sales orders for delivery and informing customers .
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Processing orders via client’s computer business system.
- Supporting customers with outgoing phone calls .
- Customer service and buil ding relationships with customers and co-workers.
Requirements:
- Self-Starter
- Customer service oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management
- Ability to become knowledgeable with products
