Sedona Staffing is recruiting a
Front Office Representative
for a local financial institution. The Front Office Representative
serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting daily branch operations. The ideal candidate is customer
‑
focused, detail
‑
oriented, and able to work in a fast
‑
paced financial environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming and positive experience.
- Transfer incoming calls to the correct department or staff member.
- Process transfers on members’ accounts following bank procedures.
- Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate resources.
- Complete simple administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all bank policies and compliance requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support branch success.
Qualifications
:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service or cash ‑ handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning banking systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Professional appearance and reliability.
