  Material Coordinator 
Shift:     1st  shift/Weekends/OT

Employment Type:   Contingent position for 1 year
Compensation:   $ 28.62
Sedona Staffing Moline is currently seeking  Material  Coordinator at John Deere  Davenport  Harvester  Works.    
Main Duties:  Manager is looking for an Inventory Analyst in Davenport, IA. This position will be onsite from day one and will focus on inventory accuracy aspects.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates for multiple departments the procuring, expediting, producing and delivering material on time. Includes managing the movement of rejected material to source. 
  • Recommends procedures for specific situations that will maintain inventory accuracy and management.
  • Finds and corrects root cause of material shortages.
  • Ability to collect data from various sources and problem solve. 
  • Ability to interact with multiple functional groups to collect data and resolve issues.
  • May provide recommendations for solutions. 
  • M ay include the processing of transactions for inbound/outbound materials. 
  • Audits material replenishment cycles and accuracy and may create material replenishment plans with assistance. 
  • Resolves inventory errors and expedites parts to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Works critical shortage reports to ensure part availability. 
  • Implements the output from the engineering release and change management process.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office ;   ADVANCED Microsoft Excel user, spreadsheet analysis, functions, charting.
  • Ability to collect data from various sources and problem solve.
  • Ability to interact with multiple functional groups to collect data and resolve issues.
  • Manager looking for candidates to have degree in  Business-related  field.
  • High attention to detail is a must.
  • 40-50 hours per week, including some weekends/OT,
  • This is a 1st shift position - Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm *
  • All candidates NEED to be flexible to work schedule as OT  & weekends  and shift preference will change .
  • Metatarsals are required for the first day .
  • Visa sponsorship is not available, now or  in the near future , for this position
