WAGE: $19-$20/HOUR

Job Summary:
Seeking a dependable and hardworking Power Wash Technician to join our team. This position involves cleaning and restoring various exterior surfaces for residential and commercial properties using high-pressure washing equipment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, physically fit, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate power washing equipment to clean building exteriors, driveways, decks, sidewalks, roofs, gutters, and other surfaces.
- Safely apply cleaning solutions and degreasers as required for different surface types.
- Set up and break down equipment and work areas each day.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tools, trucks, and machines.
- Adhere to company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Document completed work with before-and-after photos as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights (ladder work and roofs).
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions and protocols.
- Previous experience in power washing or exterior cleaning (preferred but not required).
