Maintenance Assistant

1. Industrial Maintenance:
   • Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other production machinery.
   • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of industrial equipment.
   • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with specialized technicians when necessary.

2. Building Maintenance:
   • Execute routine building maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs, air filters, and performing minor repairs.
   • Monitor and address issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
   • Keep the premises clean and well-maintained.

3. General Responsibilities:
   • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections.
   • Collaborate with other team members and departments to address maintenance needs promptly.
   • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

   • Proven experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
   • Previous experience in building maintenance and repair.
2. Skills:
   • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
   • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
   • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
3. Physical Stamina:
   • Capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment and materials.
   • Comfortable working in various weather conditions if outdoor tasks are required.
4. Communication:
   • Effective communication skills to report issues and collaborate with other team members.
5. Education:
   • High school diploma or equivalent.
