Sedona Staffing is seeking
an Account
s
Payable
for a local company that specializes in mechanical construction services. This role will support day
‑
to
‑
day billing functions as well as project coordination tasks. The Account
s Payable
will work closely with project managers and the administrative team to ensure accurate billing, organized project documentation, and a smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle billing functions, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements and process credit invoices.
- Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing.
- Assist project managers with project documentation, scheduling, and administrative support.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding billing questions or project needs.
- Support general office and project coordination tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance, or a related field of study
- Experience with AIA billing helpful or strongly preferred
- Previous accounts payable , billing, accounting, or project support experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid organizational and time ‑ management skills
- Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems
