Job Title: Maintenance
Shift: 1st
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is:
- Pay Rate: $18-20/hr
Responsibilities:
Maintenance has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Daily maintenance and repair of residential and commercial properties including but not limited to appliances, kitchens and bathrooms.
- Prompt response and completion of service requests, while maintaining tenant confidentiality.
- Minor electrical and plumbing
- Removal of items left in vacant units.
- Parts ordering and pick up
- Accompany outside vendors in the apartments during service calls or inspections
- Delivery of notices and other items to tennants
- Prepping of units after move-outs.
- Janitorial services and outside ground maintenance
Requirements:
Maintenance should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- On call rotation availability during nights and weekends for emergencies
