Responsibilities:
Plant Engineer has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Equipment Maintenance: Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Process Optimization: Analyze operational data and resolve bottlenecks to improve throughput, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshooting: Lead root cause for machinery failures and operational interruptions.
Requirements:
Plant Engineer should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- High School Diploma, GED or continuing education
- 3 + years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, plant engineering, or industrial environment.
- A strong understanding of mechanical systems, Electrical, automation, utilities, and root –cause problem-solving.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
