A well-established manufacturing facility in Dubuque is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machine Setup Technician to join 2nd or 3rd shift team. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications
- Handle a variety of work assignments across multiple machine types
- Ensure quality standards are met through proper machine adjustments and inspections

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus
- Ability to learn and master multiple types of CNC equipment
