Major Purpose
As the Multifunction Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations, coordinating office activities, and managing human resources functions. This position requires a proactive, organized, and strategic thinker who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while contributing to the overall success of the company.

Major Duties
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Responsibilities
:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company’s financial health.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ownership and division managers .
- P erform accounting, auditing, and compliance functions.
- Manage cash flow and financial planning processes.
- Complete weekly payroll .
Human Resources Responsibilities
:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Oversee employee benefits, performance evaluations, and compliance with labor laws.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
O ffice Coordinator Responsibilities
:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Coordinate communication and scheduling among various departments.
- Assist in the organization of company events and meetings.
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a financial leadership role, preferably within a multi-divisional organization.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
