Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Location: Dubuque, IA
Job Type: Full-Time Monday- Friday
$21 - $25 / hour
 
A well-established Dubuque organization is seeking a creative and organized  Marketing & Social Media Coordinat or to help tell the company’s story through engaging digital content. This position will manage day-to-day social media activities while assisting with photography, video, website updates, graphic design, and marketing projects.
The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who enjoys social media, photography, videography, writing, and creating content that connects people with a company's work.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, primarily Facebook and Instagram
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar
  • Create social media posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos
  • Photograph and capture video of projects, properties, employees, and events
  • Write social media captions and basic website/blog content
  • Create simple graphics and marketing materials
  • Assist with website content updates
  • Support marketing campaigns, projects, events, and company initiatives
  • Monitor social media engagement and basic analytics
  • Work with various departments to identify content opportunities
  • Assist with marketing projects and campaigns
 
Qualifications
  • Experience managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong photography and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience with videography and video editing
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with people and capturing content in a variety of settings
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
