- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to run CNC equipment used to cut and shape metal or plastic parts. This position focuses on operating and adjusting machines — no programming required. Candidates should be comfortable working with equipment, following instructions, and ensuring quality parts are produced.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to cut, drill, or shape materials
- Load materials into machines and remove finished parts
- Follow basic instructions or blueprints to ensure parts are made correctly
- Make simple adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Check finished parts using measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Monitor machines while running and report any issues
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience preferred (CNC or similar)
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic instructions
- Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- High school diploma or GED preferred
