Shipping Clerk/Forklift

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier, parcel, LTL, and freight shipments; verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, and bills of lading.
• Identify, document, and promptly report shortages, discrepancies, damaged packaging, or nonconforming materials.
• Process goods receipts and maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and location information in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, delivery notes, bills of lading, and other required documentation; organize records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Load and unload trucks or containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other appropriate material handling equipment as needed.
• Label received materials, coordinate timely put-away, and support inventory traceability and material flow.
• Provide material samples to Quality Control according to established procedures and prepare weekly or monthly shipping/receiving reports when requested.
• Communicate with warehouse, production, purchasing, customer service, and freight carriers regarding priorities, delays, and shipping issues.
• Follow OSHA and site safety requirements, use required PPE, maintain organized work areas, and support 5S housekeeping practices.

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification for both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, recordkeeping skills, and ability to complete shipping documentation and system transactions accurately.
