Overview
 We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive leadership team. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic direction, and ensure fiscal responsibility to support long-term growth and sustainability. There will be one direct report to this position.
 
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
Financial Management & Reporting
  • Oversee all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and tax requirements.
  • Present financial performance, forecasts, and insights.
Capital & Risk Management
  • Manage capital structure, cash flow, and investment strategies.
  • Oversee financing activities, investor relations, and banking relationships.
  • Implement and monitor risk management policies and internal controls.
Operations
  • Lead finance, accounting, and compliance team member to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Evaluate business opportunities and provide financial insights for decision-making.
 
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
  • Proven track record in finance, capital markets, and financial planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
