Job Title : Side Paneling

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is:
 
  • Pay Rate: $17/hr
 
Responsibilities:
Side Paneling has the following responsibilities and duties:
 
  • Install side panels, trim strips, dispense, back, and top panels onto the machines.
  • Install RTV around cylinders and cab.
  • Set machines on pallets.
  • Install necessary stickers.
  • Conduct a final inspection of machines, then bag machines to be taken to the warehouse.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
 
Requirements: 
Side Paneling should have the following skills, education, and experience:
 
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, sit, bend, twist, kneel.
  • Ability to do long hour repetitive work.
  • Work consistently and safely.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Listen and follow directions carefully.
  • Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A high standard of quality and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize
  • Teamwork-oriented
  • Must be able to be trained in the proper use of other assembly line equipment including (but not limited to) forklifts, overhead hoists, and pallet jacks.
  • Must be able to understand and complete departmental paperwork.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects and meet deadlines.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
