Vibrate Operator- 2nd shift

VIBRATE OPERATOR
HOURS: 2ND SHIFT 3:15P-11:15P IF ON OT TO 1:15AM
WAGE: $20.20 + SHIFT DIFF $1.25
Key Duties
- Operate and monitor industrial vibrating or stamping equipment during production runs
- Load raw materials into machines (metal sheets, parts, or stock material)
- Remove finished parts and check for quality defects
- Adjust machine settings for speed, pressure, or vibration levels
- Perform routine inspections during production to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work area around machinery
- Report equipment issues or production defects to supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures (PPE, lockout/tagout rules, machine guarding)
Physical Requirements
- Standing for long periods (often entire shift)
- Repetitive hand/arm movement
- Lifting materials (commonly up to 40–50 lbs)
- Working in loud industrial environments
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to operate industrial machinery safely
- Attention to detail for quality inspection
- Basic mechanical aptitude (adjusting and troubleshooting machines)
- Reliability and ability to work in shift-based schedules (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift)
