Production & Packaging Supervisor

We are seeking a Production & Packaging Supervisor
to oversee warehouse inventory, production operations, and a team of employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, ensuring food safety standards, and leading daily operations to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability
- Coordinate blending and production schedules to meet customer demands
- Support warehouse operations including incoming/outgoing product verification and inventory control
- Maintain warehouse organization, sanitation, and equipment condition
- Utilize inventory systems (JDE experience preferred) to manage inventory movement and adjustments
- Supervise daily production and packaging operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Lead, train, and support a team of approximately 12 production employees
- Maintain production records, cycle counts, and physical inventory programs
- Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain product quality and food safety standards
- Promote workplace organization and continuous improvement initiatives (5S)
- Follow all health, safety, and food safety procedures
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- 2+ years of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory systems and data entry
- Bachelor’s degree
- Food manufacturing experience
- Experience with inventory management software and production systems
