Crouch Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable Production Associates for a local manufacturing facility in the Waco, TX area. This is a fast-paced production position that requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Job Title:  Production Associate
Job Type:  Full-Time
Location:  Waco, TX Area
Pay:  $19.00/hr
Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM-3:30 AM  (3 rd  Shift)

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Handle and move materials throughout the production area.
  • Place materials onto an assembly line for processing.
  • Operate and monitor production equipment as needed.
  • Seal, stack, and palletize finished product.
  • Perform frequent lifting and material handling throughout the shift.
  • Assist with general housekeeping and cleanliness in the department.
  • Sweep and remove loose materials from the work area as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Work as part of a team to help meet production goals safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with additional production or facility support tasks as needed.
Work Environment
Candidates should be comfortable with:
  • Fast-paced production work
  • Continuous standing and walking
  • Frequent lifting and material handling
  • Hot working conditions inside the plant
  • Working around loose production materials and fibers
Breathable clothing or workout-style clothing is recommended underneath required PPE.

Required PPE

Employees are required to wear:
  • Gloves
  • Safety glasses
  • Earplugs
  • Safety vest
  • Hard hat
Qualification

  • Prior production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must be dependable and able to maintain good attendance.
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM-3:30 AM.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to perform frequent lifting and material handling.
  • Must be comfortable working in hot plant conditions.
  • Must be willing to work around loose production materials.
  • Must be team-oriented and willing to help where needed.
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
After working 520 hours, employees may be eligible to transfer permanently to the client’s team. Permanent placement is based on attendance, work ethic, and overall job performance. If hired permanently, pay  will  increase and the schedule may transition to rotating 12-hour shifts.
