2nd Shift $22.42 Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM
3rd Shift $23.42 Sunday - Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Direct Hire Position
Job Summary:
Leak Test Technician will ensure product meets all quality standards by performing dimensional verifications, structural feature confirmation, weld quality inspections and pressure leak testing. Role identifies, reports, and corrects discrepancies or flaws.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Leak Test Technician must be able to:
• Perform MIG and TIG welding efficiently.
• Correctly set up welding equipment for appropriate wire speed, voltage, and amperage.
• Properly set up and operate an oxygen/acetylene torch for welding/cutting as required.
• Accurately remove and replace weldments, including cutting out and replacing elements.
• Scan and transact completed radiators in the computer system.
• Read and interpret production orders and drawings.
• Read and measure accurately using a metric tape measure.
• Safely operate overhead cranes.
• Maintain adherence to all company safety standards, including proper PPE usage and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements and Experience:
1-2 years of manufacturing/ welding experience
High school diploma or GED
Must pass background check and drug test
