Blending Operator (Experience Required) 
Location: Stephenson County IL
Schedule: Night Shift 

Responsibilities

  • Operate blending equipment to mix raw materials according to production formulas and specifications

  • Accurately measure, weigh, and stage ingredients prior to blending

  • Monitor blending processes to ensure consistency and product quality

  • Complete batch records and production documentation accurately

  • Perform quality checks and report any deviations to supervision

  • Clean and sanitize blending equipment in compliance with safety and GMP standards

  • Follow all safety procedures and standard operating guidelines

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of manufacturing or food production experience preferred

  • Ability to follow detailed formulas and written instructions

  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating ingredient quantities

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended period

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
