$22.71 + $2.00 shift differential
The Paint Line Utility is responsible for preparing, hanging, removing, inspecting, and packaging parts on the powder coating line according to company and customer specifications. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, efficiency, and attention to detail while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and hang parts on the powder coating conveyor line to support efficient production.
- Remove finished parts from the powder coating line and package them according to customer specifications.
- Inspect parts for quality, proper coating, and compliance with established specifications.
- Use and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, eye protection, and respiratory protection when applicable.
- Maintain 5S standards in and around the work area to promote a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and production standards.
- Support production and continuous improvement efforts as needed.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Ability and willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, dust, and fumes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts based on production needs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
