Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure efficient handling of order processing. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in warehouse and logistics operations, who also brings experience in HR, payroll, and vendor management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with manufacturing and supplier systems is essential.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure efficient handling of order processing. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in warehouse and logistics operations, who also brings experience in HR, payroll, and vendor management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with manufacturing and supplier systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
- Oversee end-to-end order management process, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet delivery and quality expectations.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and attendance tracking.
- Assist with payroll processing, including timecard verification and basic reporting.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely service and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and maintain organized documentation.
- Utilize Excel for data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Understand concepts such as ASN, WAVE, and related logistics/manufacturing tools.
- Working closely with the India team to manage and process account invoices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and order management.
- Familiarity with HR, payroll, and vendor coordination duties.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in the supplier/manufacturing/warehousing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice), WAVE processes is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- 6+ years of warehouse operations and order management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Background in a supplier or manufacturing company.
- Experience managing ERP or warehouse management systems.
