Responsibilities:
- Manage Technical Help Desk cases from intake through resolution, ensuring accurate reporting, and adherence to company service level agreements .
- Perform electronic programming and configuration of industry-related circuit boards and systems .
- Commissioning and provisioning emergency communication devices for client and non- client equipment .
- Utilize critical thinking skills and communicate with front line operatives to troubleshoot and assess digital product failures, identify root cause, and offer workable solutions and/or escalation .
Requirements:
- Experience in a high-volume help desk or support environment .
- Associate degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, or a related field .
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting digital products, electronics, or circuitry .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional approach .
- Proficien cy in Windows -based systems and Microsoft Office applications .
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills .
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation .
- Familiarity with mobile devices is beneficial.
- Native or fluent English required, French language abilities useful .
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to learn and perform technical troubleshooting.
- Critical thinking, multitasking, and must have computer skills.
