Payroll Manager
Temp to Hire or possible Direct Hire
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Manage timecard approvals, direct deposits, pay adjustments, and mileage payouts.
- Supervise payroll for both hourly non-exempt and salaried employees on a bi-weekly basis.
- Ensure compliance with overtime regulations and other payroll-related labor laws.
- Administer benefit-related deductions, including 401(k) contributions, and ensure proper reporting.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain alignment between payroll and employee records.
- Conduct audits to verify payroll accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Generate detailed financial reports and analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Support the implementation and integration of payroll software systems.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on payroll procedures and best practices.
Requirements Include:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related.
- 2+ years of Payroll management
- Requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of payroll systems, reporting, and employee compensation management.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
Compensation: ~80-90K DOE
