PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Second Shift

$24/HR+ based on experience

 We are currently looking for a 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee evening operations within the steel truss manufacturing facility in Cascade, IA. This position is responsible for maintaining open communication, coaching, motivating, and supporting the production team, while also actively assisting with production operations.
DUTIES
  1. Provide leadership and direction to our 2nd Shift production employees
  2. Ensure production, safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Hands-on leader who promotes accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  2. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
