Position Overview
Crouch Staffing is seeking an
experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
for a full-time day shift opportunity in the
North Temple, TX area
.
This position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment and machinery. Candidates must have previous experience working with
electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose mechanical and equipment failures and determine appropriate repairs
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues
- Repair or replace motors, pumps, valves, bearings, belts, sensors, and other mechanical components as needed
- Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and upgrades
- Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime
- Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records as required
- Follow all company safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance/work area
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing:
- Electrical systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience maintaining industrial or manufacturing equipment
- Ability to diagnose equipment problems and perform repairs efficiently
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Dependable attendance and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Compensation
$25.00–$30.00/hour, depending on experience
Pay will be based on the candidate's industrial maintenance background, technical skill level, troubleshooting abilities, and overall experience.
