Insurance Document Processors  2025 - Remote
 
Location:         Remote but  must live in the Greater San Diego area to be considered.   
Long Term potential Temp to Hire Opportunity
 
Shift  Hours:       Monday-Friday  6A – 3P – Could vary
Responsibilities Include:
  • Handling, collecting, and managing Automobile Insurance claims .  
  • Reviewing  a high volume of documents up to ~  120-125 pages of Insurance documents daily.
  • Taking individual documents and moving them into the proper folders until completely done and accurate.
  • Must review individual files to ensure all the necessary documentation has been completed and in file.    Signed – Completed – Dated Etc.
  • Data Entry.
  • Cross Training for Customer Service  and Claims  Positions – Speaking with Clients about Claims.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements Include:
  • Prior Auto Insurance  Claims  experience  –   Highly   preferred.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Must be extremely computer literate.    Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to toggle between systems and programs.
  • High attention to detail and highly organized and thorough.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively and meet production requirements.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
  • Sitting 20+ hours a week
  • Walking 1-10 hours a week
  • Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material
  • No protective clothing or equipment required
 
Compensation :     $ 2 3 -2 5 .00/Hr.    DOE
