Position Overview:
Sedona Staffing Services is hiring dependable Mold Operators for a manufacturing facility in Cedar Rapids. This position is responsible for operating molding equipment, monitoring production, and ensuring all products meet quality standards. Ideal candidates will have prior manufacturing or machine operation experience and a strong attention to detail.

Ideal candidates will have prior manufacturing or machine operation experience and a strong attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate molding machines according to production specifications
- Load raw materials and oversee machine cycles
- Inspect finished parts for defects and quality compliance
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance as needed
- Trim, package, and label products as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, molding, or machine operation preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
