Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with lunch break)
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00/hour (DOE)

Job Summary:
Crouch Staffing is seeking a dependable and skilled
Facilities Maintenance Technician
to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of a local church facility in the Waco area. This role is similar to apartment maintenance and is responsible for ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained for staff, members, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility
- Troubleshoot and complete basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and systems are operating properly
- Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with minor carpentry, painting, and general repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools
- Support facility setup and breakdown for events, as needed
- Identify and report any safety hazards or larger repair needs
Qualifications:
- Previous facilities or apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed
