SURVEY SPECIALIST
 
 
Location:    North County near Rancho  Bernardo
~ 3+ Month Position
Bilingual Spanish Preferred

Responsibilities   Include :  

  • Making outbound and receiving inbound phone calls supporting Client’s customers by completing their satisfaction surveys via phone.  
  • Read survey scripts verbatim and ask provided questions to respondents.
  • Record responses to open-ended questions and multiple-choice questions.
  • Display professional telephone etiquette and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances.
  • Typically calling 80-150 phone calls per day (which will be provided for you, no cold calling required).
  • Provide exceptional customer service 
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize work
 
Requirements  Include :

  • Meet call volume and quality parameters in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Bilingual Spanish Preferred.
  • Computer skills and knowledge.
  • Must possess excellent writing, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Must be comfortable spending much of the workday on the phone.
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience. Formal Customer Service/Retention training preferred.
  • Knowledge of auto repair business a plus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of employees both verbally and in writing.
  • Use of headsets required.  
 
Physical Requirements:   
 
  • General office environment.  
  • Sitting 20+ hours a week
  • Walking 1-10 hours a week
  • Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material
  • No protective clothing or equipment required 
 
Compensation:~ $20.00 - $20.50 Hr. with potential to earn extra spiffs
