- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Crouch Staffing Solutions is currently hiring
Warehouse – Re-Pack Associates
for immediate openings in McGregor, TX. This is a
temp-to-hire opportunity
with a local manufacturing facility.
This position involves hands-on warehouse and production work in a
very hot manufacturing environment
. Associates will help rework and repackage product while following established quality and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Cut open bags of product and prepare material for reworking or repackaging
- Inspect product for visible defects or quality concerns
- Repackage acceptable material according to production standards
- Operate conveyors and basic production equipment
- Lift, carry, and move bags or product weighing approximately 25–35 lbs.
- Assist with material handling, scrap management, and other production duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements
- Perform other warehouse or production-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a very hot manufacturing environment
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 25–35 lbs.
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visible product defects
- Ability to safely work around conveyors and manufacturing equipment
- Must have steel-toed work boots or be able to obtain them prior to starting
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to McGregor, TX
- Ability to work the full assigned shift Monday through Friday
