Weekend Industrial Cleaning Technician
Location:   Waco, TX
Schedule:  Friday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay:  $15.50 per hour
Job Type:  Weekend / Full-Time Hours (36 hours)
Position Overview
Crouch Staffing in Waco is  seeking dependable and safety-focused individuals for a  Weekend Industrial Cleaning Technician  role at a manufacturing facility. This position involves  heavy-duty industrial cleaning , including cleaning machinery and high surfaces throughout the plant. This is  physically demanding, dirty work  and requires working at heights using lifts and safety harnesses.
This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with hands-on labor, following strict safety procedures, and working in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize industrial machinery and production equipment
  • Clean floors, walls, ceilings, and structural surfaces throughout the plant
  • Operate or ride in lifts to clean surfaces  above 30 feet
  • Wear and properly use required  fall protection and safety harnesses
  • Remove dust, debris, grease, and  buildup  from industrial areas
  • Follow all safety guidelines, lockout/tagout procedures, and plant rules
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Report safety concerns or equipment issues to supervision
Work Environment
  • Industrial manufacturing facility
  • Dirty, dusty, and physically demanding work
  • Working at heights over 30 feet
  • Exposure to grease, dust, residue, and industrial materials
  • Use of PPE required at all times (hard hat, harness, gloves, etc.)
Requirements
  • Comfortable working at heights  30+ feet
  • Ability to wear a safety harness and follow fall-protection procedures
  • Ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Must be reliable and able to work all scheduled weekend shifts
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Industrial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
