Accounting Clerk – Full Time | 1st Shift
📍 New Hampton, Iowa
💲 $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Sedona Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to join a growing accounting team. This full-time, 1st shift position will report directly to the Controller while working closely with other members of the accounting department.
We are looking for someone who is organized, accurate, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Receive, process, and enter accounts payable invoices and payments
  • Verify and reconcile supplier statements of accounts
  • Assist with accounts receivable invoices and payment applications
  • Assist with data entry of inventory transactions
  • Help with ordering office, maintenance, and warehouse supplies as needed
  • Serve as backup support for various accounting tasks for other team members
  • Perform additional administrative tasks related to accounting operations
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in accounts payable and/or other accounting functions preferred
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with accounting and management software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Schedule:
  • Full-Time
  • 1st Shift
  • Monday–Friday
Pay:
  • $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
  • Based on experience and qualifications
