Job Title: Handyman
Shift: 1st shift (8 AM – 5 PM) 3 days a week ( Great part time job )
Job Location: Clinton, IA 52742
Compensation:
- $15.00 per hour
Job Summary: Employee will shadow manager helping with painting, laying flooring, setting doors, installing countertops, mowing yards, cleaning out properties after tenant leaves. This job is not hard to learn, but does required repetition, standing, bending and ability to work alone.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a variety of properties with basic janitorial/ maintenance and cleaning
- Painting, laying linoleum or tile flooring
- Replacing countertops, replacing doors, door handles, closets as needed
- Changing bulbs, switch plates, and other basic amenities
- Mow/ trim and maintain yard as needed
Requirements:
- Good Attendance, motivation and a positive attitude
- Current driver’s license
- Ability to turn/twist/stoop/ bend and lift up to 35 Lbs
- Clean criminal background
