Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 7 AM – 4 PM Monday – Thursday (7-11 AM Friday)
Job Location: Maquoketa, Iowa
Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 depending on experience
90 day $1500 hire on bonus, 180 day $1500 hire on bonus
Job Summary for Customer Service Rep :
You will monitor customer requests and enter sales orders into MRP system.
Responsibilities for Customer Service Health Insurance Assistant:
- Build customer relationships
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features
- Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency
Requirements for Customer Service Health Insurance Assistant:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service/ worked in an office setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions
- Must pass a criminal background check
