seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Cleaner/Janitor to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a history of punctuality and reliability, and a proven track record of effective communication within a team setting. This role involves manual labor, with employees expected to be on their feet for 8 hours a day, engaging in activities that provide a significant cardiovascular workout.

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Punctuality and Reliability: Demonstrate a history of punctuality and reliability, supported by references, to consistently show up for scheduled shifts and contribute to the smooth operation of the team.
- Effective Communication: Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to ensure a positive and productive working environment.
- Adherence to Break Schedule: Take two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break as scheduled during the 8 am-5 pm working hours, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- Physical Endurance: Engage in manual labor activities that involve being on your feet for extended periods, contributing to a cardio-intensive workday.
- Compliance with Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of provided personal protective equipment (PPE). Safety boots and pants are always required, and the employee is responsible for bringing them to each shift.
- Tool and Material Usage: Utilize tools and materials provided by the company for cleaning tasks, ensuring proper care and maintenance.

- Reliability: Proven history of reliable attendance and punctuality in previous work experiences.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a team.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor tasks, being on feet for extended periods and engaging in physically demanding activities.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and take on various cleaning responsibilities.
