Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
- Update and maintain bank information for policyholders.
- Assist customers in updating their personal details on their insurance policies.
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial and personal information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and updates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, finance, or insurance-related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
