Remote Opportunity- A possibility - TBD.   Must live in th e greater San Diego area to be considered
Potential Temp to Hire
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. -Could vary
 
This position is perfect for someone with experience processing vehicle service contract claims for an Auto Insurance Company.  The position will require working in a fast-paced,  remote call center environment.   
 
Re sponsibilities  Include:
  • Answer, research, and resolve internal and external inquiries via phone, email, fax, or mail
  • Monitor multiple inboxes to ensure invoices are received, processed, and saved within established deadlines
  • Match invoices to repairs authorized by the Claims Department and route them to the appropriate payment queue
  • Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies; ensure payments do not exceed the authorized claim amount or billed total
  • Collaborate with your supervisor to verify and ensure accurate, timely service delivery
Re quirements  Include :
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with organization
  • A professional and approachable manner with a genuine commitment to providing quality service
  • 1+ year of recent experience settling claims payments preferably in an Auto Insurance company or related
  • High-volume call center experience required
  • Experience with one or more of the following areas: 
    • Vehicle mechanical repairs or inspections
    • Vehicle service contract, auto insurance, or claims
    • Accounts payable with Auto Insurance Claims
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Reliable high-speed cable or fiber internet with a wired (Ethernet) connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
  • Bilingual proficiency in  Spanish  - required
 
Physical  Re quirements  Include :
  • Sitting 20+ hours a week
  • Walking 1-10 hours a week
  • Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material
  • No protective clothing or equipment required
 
C ompensation :    $ 19 .00-$21.00 DOE
