Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is: $

or more, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and develop a team of Carrier Sales Representatives to achieve goals.
- Identify, prospect, and secure strategic carrier partners for recurring lanes on existing accounts.
- Source capacity for recurring customer lanes and document activity in Parade.
- Hand off strategic carriers to CSR team for relationship development.
- Build strong knowledge of carrier networks, needs, and booking preferences.
- Drive carrier participation in dedicated capacity and digital booking/routing via Parade.
- Distribute load information and ensure accurate handoffs to CSR team.
- Oversee CSR carrier relationships to ensure profitability and professionalism.
- Monitor booking activity and carrier development on assigned accounts.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, policy adherence, service excellence, and profitable growth.
- Support CSR problem-solving and escalate d issues as needed.
- Contribute to team operations including posting, building, dispatching, monitoring, and paperwork.
- Resolve pickup, transit, and delivery issues quickly and professionally, collaborating with customer sales.
- Stay current on transportation regulations and apply them accurately.
- Maintain system proficiency and assist in team training.
- Take prompt corrective action and keep supervisor informed.
- Actively develop CSR skills and performance to meet expectations.
- Field after-hours calls as needed.
- Meet or exceed behavioral and performance goals while fostering a positive, respectful team environment.
- Perform reliably in a high-paced, demanding environment with consistent attendance and availability after hours/weekends.

Requirements:
- 4-year degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of industry related experience (Transportation, Logistics, Procurement), 5+ years preferred OR equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of Carrier prospecting, sourcing and negotiation
- Experience owning and executing initiatives
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in transportation or logistics industry.
