Position Overview
Crouch Staffing Solutions is seeking
experienced Double Reach Truck Forklift Operators
for a warehouse and distribution opportunity.
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who have hands-on experience operating a
double reach truck forklift
and are comfortable performing a variety of general warehouse duties.
IMPORTANT: This is NOT a 100% forklift position.
While forklift experience is required, employees will also be responsible for routine warehouse tasks, including unboxing, repackaging, order preparation, and general housekeeping. There may be periods when employees spend more time performing warehouse duties than operating a forklift.
Candidates must be willing and able to perform both forklift operations and hands-on warehouse work throughout their shift.
Key Responsibilities
Forklift Operations
- Safely operate a double reach truck forklift to move, stage, and organize warehouse products.
- Pull orders and stage materials for warehouse operations.
- Transport and position products in designated storage and staging areas.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
General Warehouse Responsibilities
- Unbox, unpack, and repackage products as needed.
- Assist with preparing, organizing, and staging customer orders.
- Perform routine warehouse tasks and general material handling.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas.
- Complete general housekeeping duties, including removing packaging materials, disposing of trash, and keeping work areas clear.
- Assist with other warehouse and production support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience operating a DOUBLE REACH TRUCK forklift is REQUIRED.
- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or material-handling environment.
- Ability to safely and efficiently move, stage, and pull warehouse products.
- Willingness to perform general warehouse duties when forklift operations are not needed.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, including unboxing, repackaging, and housekeeping.
- Ability to work on your feet and remain physically active throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to safety, organization, and productivity.
- Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to work as part of a team.
Please Note:
Experience operating only a standard sit-down forklift does not meet the equipment experience requirement for this position. Applicants must have actual double reach truck operating experience.
Compensation & Opportunity
- Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – Midnight
- Temp-to-Hire Opportunity: Eligible for permanent employment after 90 days
- Pay Increase: Eligible for an hourly pay increase upon permanent hire
